Editorial Process

  •  Editorial and Publication Process

At AKSUJET, the editorial and publication process is designed to ensure that every submitted manuscript undergoes a thorough, fair, and timely evaluation. Upon submission, each manuscript is first screened by the editorial office for completeness, adherence to guidelines, and overall suitability for the journal’s scope.

Following initial screening, manuscripts are assigned to subject-specialist editors who coordinate peer review. Typically, this evaluation involves at least two independent reviewers, ensuring an objective assessment of originality, quality, and scholarly contribution.

Decisions on manuscripts are categorized as follows: acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Authors receive detailed feedback to guide necessary improvements where applicable. Revised manuscripts are reassessed to confirm that reviewers’ and editors’ recommendations have been addressed adequately.

Once a manuscript passes peer review and final editorial checks, it proceeds to the publication stage. This includes formatting, proofreading, and final approval by the editorial team. Finally, the article is formally published online and indexed according to the journal’s schedule, ensuring accessibility to the academic community.

AKSUJET is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and efficiency throughout this process, allowing authors to track their submissions and receive timely updates at each stage.
